Open Position — Dance Teacher

We are looking for a dance teacher to work with Elementary, Middle and High School students twice a week, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications
Experience teaching dance to beginner/intermediate level students.
Have to be able to break down movements in a simple way for students to learn and understand what is being taught.

Have to be able to choreograph original dances in the style of Hip-Hop and pop music.
Have to be able to encourage students to not give trying something you. Create a welcoming judgement free space.
Have to have great time management, be at the program on time and communicate when you are going to be late.

Have to be open to teach to culturally diverse music, recommendations from the students.
