MONDAY MILE RUNNING CLUB

This summer we are proud to introduce our newest initiative, Monday Mile Running Club. Each week staff and students meet at a local park to catch up and exercise. This program is a great way for students and staff to stay in contact during the long summer break, but also to learn more about fitness. Each session begins with a proper stretch, followed by a 1-mile run, jog, or walk. Each student feels confident to participate at their own pace.
